MC Means Moderators Clique

Moderators - a person given special powers to enforce a group.

Clique - A clique is an inclusive group of people who share interests, views, purposes, patterns of behavior, or ethnicity.

So Youth Mc means A group of youths who has special powers to enforce whereby they share the same interests & views for the betterment of them self and te community...
